We finally got our first home, through thick and thin we did it and Martin was there start to finish, guiding us and helping us realize our dream of owning a home.
Everything was smooth from pre-approval to finding the home. There were problems with the sellers closing, Martin was there everyday with an update, making calls and trying to get us our house, over the course of a month and a half Martin fought for us and didn't give up.
Even after the sale was completed Martin was there, because the sellers still had not lived up to their contractual obligations. If it wasn't for Martin my wife and I would have given up, due to all the problems the sellers had created.
Martin was awesome, he was my families guardian angel who helped us turn a dream into reality.
I met Martin by chance, I stopped in at an open house and there he was. Im glad I stopped in because there couldn't have been a better choice than Martin. I want to thank Martin and his family for their support and understanding. I applaud Martin for all his hard work, and friendship.
