It's tempting to assume that new construction is sound construction, but that's not always the case. There are many factors to consider when purchasing a new home and they can seem overwhelming if you don't have the right resources available to you. Some of these factors include; investigating the builder, evaluating the location, getting a thorough inspection, negotiating the upgrades you want, spending countless hours researching ads and driving around town. You need someone who has experience in all of these areas and can help guide you through this process by keeping you informed of all your options.
